"Purtroppo ho fatto una brutta esperienza. Nel prenotare mi è stato richiesto dal Vs. sito il pagamento anticipato di quanto previsto. Ho provveduto a tale pagamento e stampato la ricevuta. Al mio arrivo il proprietario ha detto che non ne sapeva nulla e non aveva ricevuto nessuna somma. Per ridsolvere il problema ci abbiamo impiegato 1 ora e poichè non sapevo dove andare sono stato costretto a pagare il supplemento di pulizia € 50,00 che non era segnalato da nessuna parte. "The air conditioner broke a couple of days into our stay. I told the owner and he insisted it was because I didn’t know how to use it instead of calling someone in to fix the problem. When I told him we needed to change rooms he said that if my room wasn’t working, the entire hotel had no ac either… He finally called a technician and found that the unit was indeed in need of repair. Otherwise, great location and easy parking…just not great with customer service."
