"It was hard to make sure I was at the correct location because the Hotel sign is just a poster on the store front window. Once inside, the staff was helpful, and the room was very nice and comfortable. The location is very walkable to the main square and events I attended."

I had to walk around the back to find an open door. My key was just left in an envelope on the front desk with a note in German I didn’t understand. I couldn’t figure out the room key and it took me 20 minutes to try to get into my room. The next morning there was still no one in reception that could help...
