However, elevators were slow, also our balcony overlooked the pool area, and every night it was loud music and noise until the very late time, so, we could not get asleep. Dining area was also overcrowded. Parking was also full. "

Dirty toilet and shower, no shower wall so all the water went everywhere, sink was blocked and unhelpful receptionist. No towels given and only given when asked, room had funny smell."

"The staff was friendly and check in/out was very simple. Our room however had no towels, only one twin sheet for a king bed. A hair dryer in the bathroom was broken and hanging with exposed wires-safety hazard. I expected much more for the cost. "
