"Superb hotel in an old brewery, lovely part of the world."

"The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us. I read this in one of the reviews but didn't believe it. This property should be dropped by Expedia and not recommended to the visitors. There are many beautiful...

"Vintage, adorable, a place with the soul. We stayed for 3 nights in June in Deluxe Suite. Both bedrooms are spacious and clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The garden and the area around the house offers many great spots to relax , read, enjoy the nature. The private bathroom was clean. A good starting point to visit Česke Svycarsko. The hosts are great, too."

"The penzion is in an old building with wooden floors and low beams and is tastefully furnished with antique furniture and fittings. However underneath this everything functions well (think modern shower, cooking facilities, etc). It is comfortable and quiet and there is a nice balcony to sit out on and eat, read, etc. We didn't have the breakfast on offer so can't comment on that. The owner was friendly and helpful. "Ett ställe på sidan om. Utan bil är det omöjligt att bo i denna by. Det finns inga restauranger eller affärer. Boendet är helt ok för detta pris och värden är jättetrevlig. Sängen var dock obekväm och den s k sviten var möblerad med lite unkna 70-talsmöbler. Badrummet var dock nyrenoverat och fräscht."

"Someone waited for us to check in after hours. They were very helpful. The rooms were very large and excellent for a family of four. Beautiful grounds. Like staying back in time. Nice walk along the river/border. Rooms were freezing. The heating didn't work."
