"The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. However, they seem to be having trouble communicating with the reservation system. We booked three rooms with breakfast included, and upon arrival, it turned out that only one room had breakfast included. So, I had to send them confirmations for all the rooms. The receptionist confirmed that everything was in order, but the next day at breakfast, it turned out they wouldn't let our group in because the breakfast staff didn't recognize our pre-paid breakfast in the system.
