Helpful to have secure ski lockers on site that you could use and location is perfect in the centre of town about a 15 min walk to one of the ski lifts and close to taxis for lifts a bit further away. - The “double” is two singles pushed together. There are no lifts in this hotel and no one to help carry heavy suitcases up stairs. Parking is close by but I wasn’t given any help...

"Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Doppelzimmer nicht bekommen und wohnten unterm Dach.Toilette im Zimmer defekt. Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Frühstücksbuffet konnte man vergessen , kein Obst und wurde auch nichts aufgefüllt.Schade , wir hatten uns vom Hotel mehr versprochen. Kann man nicht empfehlen !!!!!"

Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, allerdings war eine Verständigung weder auf deutsch noch auf englisch möglich, was laut Hotelbeschreibung möglich sein sollte. Für die kalte Heizung hatte Sie keine Lösung parat. Auf die Nachfrage nach einer elektrischen Heizung am Folgetag wurde dann schnell reagiert.
