"Die Bodenheizung ging nicht, ich wurde mit den Worten „ab 22 Uhr ist die Heizung sowieso aus“ und „gehen Sie doch zum Aufwärmen in die Sauna“ abgespeist. Das Personal dort sollte nicht im Dienstleistungssektor arbeiten. Mein Zimmer war im Februar eiskalt!!"

"We had a large room with balcony and en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The room had a refrigerator, coffee making machine and a kettle. A free supply of tea bags, coffee capsules, milk and sugar was available in the entrance area.
