Our room was comfortable and well laid out, but quite noisy. Reception initially put us in a room with the wrong number of beds, and the service in general seemed a bit unfocused."

This time the room I was allocated had a shower over a bath but having a disability made it impossible to use. The bathroom floor creaked quite badly every time anyone were to walk over it.
