When the reception told us they do not have our booking as it must have been last minute from our side and they double booked. They left us standing there for over two hours refusing to help our refund us. Absolutely shocking. "

"Excellent stay at this property. Room was spotlessly clean and the little added touches were great. Stephen was an excellent host and his hospitality and kindness was much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. Treetops Guesthouse was an excellent find and I would 100% recommend."

"Stay away from this Hotel, i couldnt get into the Hotel for about 45 minutes nobody were at the Hotel and the key they left couldnt open the door . The Hotel is neglected and the the service was VERY poor . Also the Breakfast was a joke!!!"
