"The apartment was located in a separate building from the main hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist only mentioned that “the apartment is in the next building” without properly guiding us to the unit, which could be quite troublesome, especially for families arriving late in the evening.
As the hotel is situated in a relatively undeveloped area and quite far from the town centre, it is understandable that CelcomDigi 5G coverage was very limited. However, the hotel should have compensated for...

"Pros - room is spacious, can control aircond in room.
Cons - upkeep of room is bad! Got bitten badly by either bed bugs or mosquitoes. Cant sleep at all. Mattress is failing and sinking. Shower is leaking, toilet is dirty. Room has mouldy smell.
Not worth the price, wonder how the hotel is rated 3 stars!"
