"Staff, room, and location was great. Shuttle to airport was a bit disappointing. Only one van available which takes 20mins to return and only can fit 6 guest at a time. We ended up walking to terminal E. Which took about 15min. Give yourself some time if you need to take the shuttle. "

"Had a cancellation with our flight due to weather conditions. And Expedia was giving me a hard time changing the dates to our hotel stay. And the director of the hotel helped me change the dates He spent 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia. I really appreciated that. I recommend that they shampoo the carpets in the halls. Other than that the room was very clean. Staff was nice and Penrose diner is right across the street. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. Our room easily accommodated the two of us with plenty of space to stretch out. I wish the valet parking was a little more affordable or quicker with bringing our vehicle, but it worked out fine. There is also parking available innthe garage across the street and on the side streets if you don’t mind dodging traffic. Centrally located to everything! "
