"Great walking location for Ait Ban Haddou. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly Plenty of options for breakfast, ample options for dinner. I was only there for one night so only had chance to sample the menu once but the chicken tagine was very good. Rooms clean and smell very note, comfortable bed. Very peaceful at night for a good sleep. Pool clean but due to my short time there was unable to use it. "

"Overall the hotel is good. Location is ideal to visit the Ksar, the breakfast was great and coffee amazing. The rooms could use a little rejuvenation and the bed sheets need to be changed for new ones. The shower pressure was one of the best we had in Morocco so far and the water was hot. "Convenient if you need to go to the Ouarzazate Airport early in the morning, except breakfast does not start until 6am. So that is too late since flight departs at 7:30am. Old, tiny bathrooms. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bad smell throughout premises. Maybe some candles or incense would help. "

Good heating by air condtioner. Excellent hot water. Don't think I saw promised bottled water in the room. Generally a very pleasant place I would definitely stay again at."
