"The hotel is a good option - central and with most of what you might need. Breakfast was a little short on options for us, and the room was very hot (they did advertise we could have a fan so that is an option), but comfortable and clean."

"Such a great hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff!! The room was a decent size and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs. We had a car on checking in and staff immediately opened up the secure garage to allow us to park. We felt completely safe leaving our car here. "This is a beautiful property close to the north entrance of Cotopaxi national park. The grounds are very nice and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The food at the restaurant was excellent and rated the best in the area. "

"My friend and I stayed at this location for a Saturday night while visiting Latacunga. The hotel is nice, but is located next to a discotec. Music from the disco could be heard clearly in our room. The music lasted until about 5AM. We were both unable to sleep. The shower had semi-hot water. For the price was paid for this, I was expecting a lot more than what we received. Definitely not going to stay here ever again."

"Loved being in the Cotopaxi National Parque. This place is rustic,comfortable. We had a small wood stove in our room which was lit each night by staff. The dining area serves delicious food for great prices. We had filet mignon for 15$ each. Again, coffee is not great, but it does the job. We took a 2 hour guided horse ride with a local fellow, it was wonderful to go out and see nature. Views of Cotopaxi were spectacular, the weather was great. Staff speaks english well enough to understand each other. "

"Absolutely, incredible place! Do NOT hesitate to make the trip here. We had an absolutely magical stay Food was tremendous Staff was helpful and welcoming Grounds are stunning Bed was sooooo comfortable And THE MOUNTAIN…. You will not find a better view of Cotopaxi! Thank you so much for sharing this magical space 💟 "

"Great spot. We stayed here during a business trip and ww found it to be the perfect location near latacunga. The service was impeccable. We had dinner at the property and I strongly recommend it, not only for the food but because there is nothing else around and the experience was beautiful. "
