Communication leading up to the trip was efficient (via Whatsapp - had to change my booking last minute) and probably recommended to take the hotel transfer from the terminal as the ride is 45mins - 1 hour (I suspect far from the city, but if you have the opportunity, do try the local food there). "Value for money and our room had a good view of fireworks on new years eve! Overall the room is clean and bedsheets are clean. Hotel maintenance could be improved, bathroom shower doesnt drain fast. There's also some smell in the bathroom, which the hotel puts air freshener so it doesnt smell. Bedsheets and towels look old but are still clean Breakfast is very basic"

"The property has a terrible regard to cleanliness and comfort of their guests. Too many cleanliness issues from the room, to their restaurant even in its public area to get to the guest rooms. Shame because the beach is great for swimming, calm waters and great sand. The pool is not bad at all as well. "On my arrival at the hotel, when I realized that I booked a different kind of room than I expected, the manager willingly upgraded it without any charge. All the staff were very kind and helpful with nice smiles. It was very comfortable stay with quietness and a nice sea view right through the windows of the room. Also I could enjoy all the local food around the hotel. I'd like to stay there again some time later."
