The staff were incredibly friendly, and the front desk was so helpful they spoke English, Arabic, and Turkish! The hotel breakfast was the highlight of my morning, with delicious food and a very clean restaurant. I was so impressed by the menu options. The pool was extremely clean and well maintained, and the Turkish Hamam was just as good. The hotel room cleaning was spectacular, and it’s perfect for families and groups of friends.

Very kind staff and hospitality is great

This was my fourth time staying here so it is obvious that I find it excelllent. I won't stay anywhere else in Yalova. This id home.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very polite, very helpful, and spoke perfect English. The best breakfast in Turkey. The food was plentiful, fresh, delicious, and quickly served. They even made fresh cappuccinos for us which is a rarity in Turkey during Covid.

The hotel was great in terms of design, it has a very beautiful garden with a swimming pool, in addition to being very clean. The room was nice and clean too. The staff there are very kind and helpful

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and I loved sitting by the terrace area under the beautiful bougainvillea cascading down. Hotel is located about 15 minutes from the port. You can walk and also get a buggy taxi by the bus station if you have several luggages. I loved the...
