You are not allowed to drive to the hotel as vehicle access is not allowed to the area so your bags have to be carried by porter. The hotel has spectacular views, the staff are friendly and helpfull. "This is about the worse hotel I ever stayed in. No heating working in winter. Hotel knew this and could have informed me so I could change my booking if I wished. Even lied to me saying heating would come on when they knew it has been not working for days. Staff are useless and you have to keep reminding them and chasing them for what you require. The amount of times I had to ask for bedding and a portable heater(which was like an antique). Slept wearing double layers, coats and our socks on....

Such a waste and shame on you Expedia. You are not even providing support and also you are not refunding the amount. I never recommend or book any hotels in Expedia.
