"It was simply amazing - a beautiful place and the attention to detail in the accommodation is excellent - we just had a wonderful time and Raymond and the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. "Booked weeks ahead and requested adjacent rooms for family of four, never got them. Bad start. Dinner - 50mins wait, too long, food was good at least. Breakfast good but no bacon and decent coffee is extra. No fridge or milk for coffee/tea. Two tea bags per room for 3 nights. Big problems with hot water and power. Son very annoyed. And crook wifi. Great view of the Mt, friendly manager and staff, safe and secure. "
