"Réservation pour 3 adultes avec 3 lits simples. En réalité 2 lits simples et 1 lit de camp à peine équipé d'un surmatelas, très inconfortable. Accueil à peine chalereux. Check-out a 11h mais ils sont entrés 3 fois dans la chambre entre 9h30 et 10h15 en ouvrant avec leur double de clef (sans nous demander notre avis, merci pour notre intimité) pour récupérer le lit de camp alors que nous revenions a peine du petit-déjeuner, puis pour les 2 fois suivantes pour nous demander de faire le check-out,...

"Arrived late around mid night and had no problems getting in as no-one on the desk. Thankfully had pre-arranged obtaining keys and entrance through collection via pin coded drop box and all went smoothly as planned."

"We really enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. We were stopping over on our way to a skiing holiday. We had booked a family room and it was great. The staff were very welcoming, with a quick and efficient check in/out. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast, both were top notch. "Great owner and staff. Friendly, helpful and pleasant in every way. Nice night life bar area and a great German style breakfast. Arrived too late for an evening meal but based on how busy the eating areas were I would expect the food to be excellent too. A must stay if anywhere in the area. We drove from Colmar and was well worth the drive."
