On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. "Exceptionally friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a clean and beautiful pool with a bar that serves food at lunchtime. The hotel is a bit aged but it’s still very decent! Two negatives were the very hard and uncomfortable mattresses and that the pool is accessible for people outside of hotel guests."

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Degli Ulivi! The room was clean and comfortable with AC and an amazing terrace. The atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly and calm, the absolute highlight being the owners/reception staff that always greeted us with a smile and advice on where to spend our days around Castro such as where the best beach could be found. Thank you so much, we already want to go back!"

"Hôtel très bien situé juste avant le pont qui accède au centre historique. Personnel peu aimable. Chambre très spacieuse mais cuisine HS sauf le frigo. SPA payant. Petit déjeuner moyen. Parking gratuit dans une rue derrière l’hôtel. Je le conseille pour son emplacement c’est tout. "
