"Great view of Lake Lugano - but there is a building site with 2 large cranes that suggests that in a year or so that view might be obscured by a new block. Our room was value for money but the hotel seemed to us to need investment, pretty much from top to bottom. Breakfast was good. "

"This is a wonderful hotel choice. Our view of the lake was beautiful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It is located around shopping and restaurants. We felt very safe walking around the town and exploring. The staff was so kind and helpful. We will stay there again. Highly recommend."

"I stayed here for one night and I definitely got my money's worth. The bathroom and shower were shared with other guests but they were really clean. The food was also great although a bit expensive. The room was a bit shoddy, but I'm not complaining; the beds were clean, towels were provided, the TV had plenty of channels, and I had a sink in the room which made it a very comfortable stay. If I go back to Lugano, I'll probably stay here again"

It is a very nice hotel, well located near the lake foreshore with excellent access to the boating transport needed to visit the many sights on the lake. The hotel staff were very caring, the breakfast was vast and very fresh food, the room was well serviced with clean towels and linen each day and the bathroom was very good although having to step into the bath to shower is...
