"The front desk was not friendly. ☹️"

"تم سحب من الفيزا عندما غادرة الفندق و كان كل شي على ما يرام تم سحب 6.36 $ لماذا سحب هذا المبلغ وكان كلشي على ما يرام وخرجت في الموعد المحدد 12:00 PM"

"Stayed 5 days, no room service, no room cleaning. $5 for a cup of morning coffee,, restaurant (Bistro) never open in evening. A charge for parking of $7 a night just to park by the road. Never stay there again"

"Breakfast was fine. Convenient to UMW. Parking was good. Barking dog on 4th floor after we asked and were told no animals on 4th floor was an annoyance. Room had weird air freshener smell. Good for short term stay. A bit pricey. Staff was friendly and polite."

"Parfait pour une recharge d’énergie avant de reprendre la route!"

"Bien situé (près de l’I95),confortable et tranquille. Pas ou peu d’eau chaude (inacceptable)"

"Rundown hotel with poorly applied fresh paint and possibly new flooring. Bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the WiFi was sufficient for video conferencing."

"Friendly staff. The mattress was very firm for my preference and breakfast quality was just okay،"

"They had a lovely free breakfast buffet and the property was well maintained. The room was also spacious and nice. The only concern was that the pool wasn't opened until 4pm and they charge a lot of parking, which I wasn't aware of prior to checking in. I believe it was like 36 dollars a day. That's pricey for guests. They should only charge parking for visitors."

"At 530am while guests were sleeping, fire alarm went off due to water gushing/flooding from the light fixtures in main lobby. All guests had to evacuate into cold weather while fire department assessed hotel. Next day we noticed blood streaks on mattress cover, unfortunately mattress cover could not be exchanged until a day later. Requesting two comp days refund/adjustment for lackluster stay."
