Room was a decent size with a cute balcony but shower/toilet was very small and also the lift (can barely fit 3 people). Cleanliness was on really good (cleaned the rooms everyday). However staff were not very approachable on the first day.Overall very good location and average property for the price we paid."

"Conveniently situated in the Old Town. It wasn't too noisy when I stayed but the whole area has music in the evening. However I definitely found it was quiet enough to sleep.The garden area is lovely to sit or eat in, flowers, plants etc. The breakfast had an okay range of food and I heard from others that the evening buffet was excellent. There isn't a lift and as a person of advanced years I found walking up to the 3rd floor, not that easy. Although there was help available for bags etc. I...

"The stay was great, rooms were lovely and staff were polite. Except one staff who welcomed you into the hotel. Very rude and unprofessional when was asking questions and got snappy. Also told me family wasn’t allowed into the hotel, even though there’s multiple signs that says non residents welcome. However, everything else was incredible and would book here again."

"They let us in even though we are late. And we are happy for that buget friendly hotel and in the city. Theres shops around the hotel and its very easy to find. The staff are also amazing and accomodating"

"This is a mid-range hotel so dont expect 5 star luxury. I found the reception staff to be really pleasant and helpful and willing to assist me at all times, which was great. The location was ideal, right in the heart of things which meant that it was a little noisey in the evening at times, but easily sorted with the aid of ear plugs. Great stay and looking forward to returning! "

"Charges extra for aircondition. Old and dirty hotell, floor is sticky and halls smell like cat pee. Toilet brush looks to be 15 years old. But at the low price at 15 euro a night, I didn't complain. Wi-fi signal was also bad. Owner seems to don't care too much."

"This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. From the second we stepped into the hotel, the additional charges were starting. We opted for the Double single bedroom however we went to the room and we were given a standard double bedroom for 2 people. We went to complain to the front of house and they said the only way to alter this is by paying an additional 300 Turkish Lira on top of what we paid. We then received the WIFI password but this was no use as the wifi was awful, you can't...
