"Very disgusting no air conditioning, also bed blankets very heavy( winter type) very hot room , window can’t be opened to much, closed courtains make worst the heat , we had a bad time slipping. No solution was given. "

However good signage would help as we just come off a huge roundabout and there are so many structures blocking the view of the hotel from the road that one is not sure where to enter to reach the hotel. Also, we had problem using the keypass to get from our level to the lobby. Our friend managed to get from her floor to the lobby and asked for help. Receptionist kept insisting...

"The hotel was very close to the airport which is what I was looking for. It’s very very convenient. It was very clean and pillows were ok. The mattress was not to my liking but perhaps some people will find it comfortable. The actual room itself was more like a futuristic prison cell. Nothing wrong with it, it was just kind of plain and barren. It doesn’t bother me, but if you want a homely sort of room this will not live up to your expectations, unless your usual home is a prison."

"This hotel excels in every aspect. Our room was even ready early. The staff at check in were super helpful. The room was right over the square, and when the windows were closed, we heard nothing. Bed comfortable, breakfast above average and beautifully presented. There is easy parking to check in. We parked in a public ramp with a small walk just for ease of parking. Location great right on the promenade and easy to board the ferry too. Highly recommend. We loved Meersburg and wish we had booked...

"This property is for visitors desiring a restful stay. It is within a large area of property and on the edge of the water. The rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast included a large variety of items. Staff was helpful and friendly. It is not for tourists looking for nightlife."
