A complete stay from breakfast to bedtime I felt I was truly catered to. The only complaint I have is the front desk hours, I had an early flight and the website advertisses a 24 hour front desk, however when I went to turn in my key and such no one was available. "This hotel exceeded our expectations! We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Offered great recommendations for shopping and dining. You can't beat the location. 5 minute walk to the ferry to Frauen and Herren Chiemsee. Loved that they had a huge parking area. Never had to worry about not having parking space. The room was phenomenal. Very modern and clean. Our terrace was wonderful with a lake view. Great sized bathroom. Will definitely return to stay here. "

"Service was great...in both reception and the restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing as always. We stay here often and love it. The room was a little on the chilly side but we were too tired after a day of skiing to report it! Overall we love this place and will we be back in a couple of weeks :-)"
