Lamentablemente no se respetó la reserva y nos asignaron una cabaña más pequeña que nos complicó. Hubo eso sí buena disposición para resolver, pero el descuento no fue acordé a la situación. además al pagar con tarjeta nos recargaron un 7% cuando si hubieramos prepagado por la página NO habrían aplicado ese recargo.
