"Very small space . Very uncomfortable. Causes so much nervousness that I tried going to different room. I got so scared that don’t feel like sleeping. Limited availability of reception staff at front desk. I have to leave without checkout. My friend did the checkout later on. Booked for three night but end up staying one night only. The remaining stay was not refunded. I booked through Expedia and no one from the hotel helped and said simply contact Expedia. I do not recommend this at all. "

"Amazing and equally relaxing stay at The Monarch. The management is good at Monarch with pleasing personality. Food was awesome in taste. The complimentary breakfast had good varieties to choose from. The ambience was good with positive vibes around. Overall a very descent stay."
