The third bed was a lower one, for a child, although I asked for a room for three adults! I didn't have a pillow for the third bed!"

"We were cycling the Via Rhona. This hotel is a pretty significant detour off the route (maybe 15km, and quite a climb). That said, you are cycling through some great Cote du Rhone vineyards and the setting is nice, with a beautiful courtyard and pool. The hotel is clean and comfortable although a little basic in fixtures and fittings. They seemed a little understaffed; one young lady valiantly checked us in, showed us to our rooms, ran the bar and cooked and served breakfast. Also, the village...
