"Good staff and service"

"Air conditioner did not work, neither the fridge. Check in was terrible, took forever. Location is ok, close enough. We left as soon as we could."

"Nice parking "

"Wonderful, very helpful staff, and good location just outside of town center"

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms look more like a poor pilgrim municipal auberge. Please do not reserve this hotel. The first night they didn't have hot water. I reserved for three nights but I decided not to come back on the second one even loosing the money. Because I didn't was able to get other hotel I returned for the third night. Hot water was returned. Staff only work from 6 pm to 11 pm. If you arrive early must wait outside. There is no restaurant near by, we have to go to...

"Lovely hotel, excellent staff, and good food. The hotel is in an excellent location. The only slight down side was that the hotel was quite noisy from about 6am, the walls seemed quite thin."

"We enjoyed our stay at the AS Hotel"

"Excelente"

"A little surprised to find we were locked in. A key was needed to exit the property in an emergency. Nowhere to leave the key when you leave, and no amenities available in the evening even thought there was a bar and restaurant. Would not use again."

"Great service. Nice beds…good night sleep."

"Extremely friendly and excellent service!"

"Clean room, air conditioning didn't cool great."

"La localización y paisajes son de ensueño. La atención del personal fantástica. La cocina fabulosa. Un lugar para descansar y desconectar. Buen lugar para recorrer el Bierzo."
