"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "

"The rooms were so beautiful - we stayed in Bibi and it was divine, from the oval white plaster ceiling with Arabic calligraphy, to the en suite bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic with great variety and the staff was really nice. "

"Everyone here was kind and helpful. My room was cleaned regularly, and staff checked in on me on a day when I felt under the weather. Breakfast was plentiful, healthy, and yummy. And whether you have a big or small appetite, it will satisfy you. I highly recommend, and would book again if I go back to the city."
