"Incredibly unique experience and exactly as expected! Facilities are warm and well cleaned and maintained. Because Kiruna was too warm, the hotel was actually melting when we arrived and so we got a free upgrade to Ice Hotel 365 which was very nice of them. Unfortunately in the private connected bathroom, the under sink pipe was leaking. Everything else went smoothly. "Location great if you want to be away from town. About 40 minute drive to Gallivare. The lodge itself was clean, but not at all soundproof!! I had two men staying in the room next to me and I could clearly hear every word and they were up late talking :( I had to use earplugs to get to sleep.
