"The receptionist Alicia was very nice and polite, however I did not enjoy my stay. The hotel is very old and run down. It was noisy and the bed sheets were wet with stains on them. It was so loud and noisy , especially in the morning, as there is construction going on right in front of it. Breakfast was not great and the utensils were dirty. On the second morning we did not have electricity for a while. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights. "

"Amazing place, will be better once the spa opens. Not enough sunbeds/cabanas for the number of rooms. Very limited menu at the hotels only restaurant. Mini markets and convenience stores are 25 minutes walk away. Staff speak limited English which isnât an issue but can create issues with the simplest of things.

"The hotel is immaculate we had a beach front view and the sun beds were excellent ..breakfast was ok and became a little bland ..everything was spotless.......but.........the staff take there phones off them somebody please manage this hotel properly..the young staff are more bothered about face book and tik tok than serving you...the girls on reception were constantly hanging off there phones ...the internet was terrible but did work at 06.00 as none of the staff are there on there...

"Overall good experience.
Room missing a kettle, toilet roll and was missed one day for a room clean.
Breakfast buffet could be better. Same everyday. Juice and coffee were poor quality.
You are not allowed to take any drinks or snacks to the pool area, they make you sign at check-in or risk being fined.
