"Lovely spacious room and bathroom with modern decor"

"Staff was very accommoding & friendly from the reception desk to the staff in the dining room & cleaning staff. Rooms need a little more attention. Carpet was extremely dirty in some spots & there was a pervasive odor throughout the room-not certain if smoke or mildew-maybe both. Otherwise, would definitely use this hotel & its wonderful staff."

The room had been very well modernised, with a good walk-in shower that had dual shower-heads. I plan to use this hotel again on my next visit, and will stay two nights so that I can spend a day at the nearby Peugeot museum."

"This is a charming old hotel in the old town. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast was excellent. On site parking was a real bonus. The hotel messaged us in advance to let us know about potential disruption from works to the gas main in the road outside."

"Don't be put off by the location or the black decor! Stick with it as the rooms are clean with great showers and a comfy bed. The bar is well stocked and cheap and the evening meal was really great with top service and, again, pretty reasonably priced for the standard. we didn't have breakfast but if dinner was anything to go by it would have been good."
