"I was very disappointed at check-in because I called months in advance and requested a first floor room with the refrigerator and when we got there with our 75-year-old Aunt the room was already booked so we had to go to second floor. Yes there’s an elevator, but it was much easier to have the first floor like we requested. Everything else was great. And I think they could offer a Continental breakfast that would’ve been nice"

"This was our nicest stay in a long time. Love the Wolfpack decor in the lobby/lounge. Todd from breakfast service was so friendly, efficient and thoughtful ~ a true southern gentleman. Room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was great. Would love more/better towels but they were typical hotel towels. Pool was out of commission and looked like it will be for some time (call them to check if the pool is a deal breaker for you)."
