Front desk was especially helpful in helping to locate lost phone. Room clean with very comfortable bed and linens. Enjoyed included breakfast and dinner. Good quality, fresh food and drinks. "

From my first interaction via phone with Katie at the Front Desk to every member of the service teams (cleaning, breakfast, etc) they were friendly, helpful and wonderful to deal with. I arrived late and my boyfriend even later and the night staff member was helpful and assisted us in getting checked in. The breakfast has so many options and the fresh berries and warm breakfast were my faves. If we ever come this way again for work I would not hesitate to...

I got in line about 2 minutes before happy hour completed and i was (rudely) told that they were cutting off the line before me. When i asked what time it was she admitted that there was still time but there was nothing that they could do. i don't know if it was the bartenders decision or if they were directed by management to cut ppl off. "One elevator was out of order, and only one (slow) elevator was working. The pool was out of order. There weren't trash bags in the trash cans in the room. The room was nice, and had several USB plug in's around the room, and Netflix built into the TV."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Our view was the roof of the entry. Breakfast was packaged sandwiches and oatmeal so definitely nothing great. It would have been nice to have 2 chairs in the room "

"Had a wonderful experience there. Staff was so friendly and tried to assist with room request, extra blanket, an omelet when those in the breakfast area had already been eaten by other guests. Additionally the pool was inviting, they had vending machines if a snack was needed, updated rooms & hallways as well as a very comfortable bed! I was sad we were busy with other things in & around the area & could not enjoy more time, actually at the hotel. Recommend!"
