"Our room was newly remodeled. However the facility needed an outside remodel and clenaing 1st. Bathroom counter was dirty. But the rest of the room was clean. Parking lot didn’t feel very safe."

"Property is going through renovation maintenance, be mindful of that. We did get an email from the property a day before arrival. But would have likely affect our decision to stay there if we know in advance. TV was not working, an engineer was sent over, but could not fix the issue. Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room. Traveling with a child...

"The room rate was reasonable and hotel is in good condition. Airport shuttle was timely and the overnight parking fee of $10 per night while I was away was a welcomed bonus. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful with luggage. I will stay again when I have early flights. "

"Customer setvice was amazing, do friendly. Great location, close to tons of things and away from the hussel of downtown. Breakfast only goes until 9am on the weekend, which should be 10. Rooms were beautiful and large."

"The Lodge is currently under construction. At check in, staff offered me (without asking) an upgrade to a beautiful Lakeside room. Much appreciated!"

"We love staying in the lodge because of the balcony. But talk about filthy… You could write your name on all the furniture in the dust. No cups in the bathroom, no regular coffee, one coffee cup. But the staff is phenomenal. But nowhere to eat anything decent after 8 PM. The sports bar says they’re open till 10 but they don’t say there’s no food after eight. They have raised the rates quite a bit, but we still like coming here cause it’s convenient to our property two hours away. "
