"So the most important reason to book this house was a game room for us. It was a family picnic to relax and in pictures we saw a game room with pool and pink ponk table and we booked it. On arrival we figure out there was no pool sticks and no pink ponk paddles. We contact them and they said they ordered it and it will arrive in 4 days so this was very upsetting for all of us and because of this we were unable to utilize the game room. On the same night we found one living Scorpio near kitchen...

"I booked this place to celebrate my 32nd birthday with some friends. Big beautiful place with a pool and we would "get the entire place to ourselves." Fast forward to check in day...they inform me the manager/owner is going to be staying with us on the first floor. NO WAY!
