"I did not stay at Igloo of Enlightenment because the host did not meet me per the booking instructions, also the host did not return my calls or provide alternate check-in instructions. Additionally, all hotels in the town were fully booked for the week and an alternative lodging was unavailable. As a result, I cancelled my Business trip and return home the same day cutting a three day trip to one day. "
