"The Manager is very friendly, the rooms were remodeled, pretty good sized, and pretty clean..It was one of the most comfortable hotel beds Ive ever had. The only issue that I had was that the toilet was dirty inside , and there was no hot water. The Manager apologized before i even said anything. Really a great place to stay. There are not many hotels in the area. "

"Loved the fireplace heater. Nice ambiance. Shower in #9 needs to be re-caulked. Didn’t bother me that much but it could bother others. Towels were very nice and the room was made up beautifully. I will look forward to visiting again!"

"Fantastic location! Great views of the garden area and ocean. We stayed at the JD house in the queen room with a view. The room is small and there is nowhere to store luggage or your clothing aside from a small hanging area. The tub is listed as a soaking tub only so if you are hoping the jets in the tub work, they won’t. They have been turned off likely to prevent noise disturbances to your neighbors. It is walking distance to all the local shops and restaurants and walking paths to views...

"This is a real sanctuary, hidden I. The Redwood hills. Perfect spot to disconnect, relax and enjoy nature. Their sauna is awesome, and so is the temple, where I meditated a few times. Sad to know the property is for sale… go visit while you can!!"

"Property owner never provided check in information, went by around 3:15 to check to see if there was information on site and the property was a mess inside. Someone was still there, and the place was dirty. Contacted Orbitz who was unable to get ahold of them either (no information on the website) and they gave me permission to find another spot, which on a Saturday night in the summer wasn't easy. Now place is trying to refuse to refund me even though we never stayed. Had to end vacation...
