"This is a basic hotel that is clean and provides wifi and good bathroom facilities. It is located in the Hanau downtown area and provides good access to that area. It did not offer breakfast nor any means to make coffee in the room. That meant an early morning trip to the streets each day to find a wake-up cup of coffee. "We stayed at the Hotel for two nights. Staff was not availabel after 6pm. Had to call to get a code to retrieve the room key on Sunday night!! Hotel was quiet and clean…staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a nice variety! One caveat … Property has no elevator! We came from the United States and had to drag our large luggage to the first floor!! We made it but need to be considered for elderly guests. Overall very good hotel to stay. Definitely would stay there again!!!"
