"Checking in minor problems "not" caused by owners but Ai communications. We missed an email with instructions. Even though problem not the owners they upgraded our room. Nice touch. If you are there at the holiday season, try to get a reservation in to the Raclette chalet as early as possible since it books up really quickly!
