"I had another wonderful stay at this hotel in Tirana.
The reception team was, as always, very welcoming, attentive, and professional. I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived.
A special thank you to Geraldina, the manager, for her help, kindness, and professionalism. Many thanks as well to Ermali and Dimitri for their warm welcome and excellent service.

"Clean room, very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast has limited options but was ok.
Only issues were patchy WiFi in the room, and the morning staff left the main door open so it was noisy in the mornings, plus the smell of cigarette smoke entered the room."
"The hotel was very quaint, beautifully restored and renovated in a great walkable location. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. Bonus, the attached lounge had a nice vibe with great music."
"The staff at Mattis Hotel played such a huge part in making my husband’s 30th birthday in Tirana incredibly special.
Before we arrived, I reached out because I was planning a surprise for him. The team helped me coordinate everything behind the scenes, received the birthday decorations I had ordered, arranged everything, and made sure I could pull it off without my husband suspecting a thing.
They were incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and handled every request with ease....
"Excellent location close to the airport, great for a one night stop over and the buffet breakfast was pretty good with a good selection of fruit and pastries. The room was adequate for one night stop over but it was a bit run down. It was clean but the bed was super hard and there was no mirror on the dressing table. The remote for the TV was also missing. Otherwise it was very quiet considering it was near the airport. The staff seemed a bit grumpy and not very approachable."
