"The location is in the El Centro area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The property is older and in need of updates. It has a classic look and must have been really stylish in its prime. Lots of dark wood in the lobby area. The elevators are really dated, but functional. I stayed at this hotel mainly because the Posada I live at, did not have internet or TV do to a supposed outage. Staff was great and polite. "

The air conditioner was noisy, there were barely any electrical outlets in the room. And the worst was the internet, I tested it multiple times and I could never get more than 0.2mbps so completely unusable for modern work. "I arrived two hours before check-in and was assured to have two single rooms facing the front. By the time I checked in just before 3pm they second front facing room was given away to someone else. My friend and I were then separated onto two floors with only one front facing room. No apology was given as a result. "

The room was big, and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The surrounding area is just marvellous! The mountains, vegetation and towns are breathtaking. I want to come back!"
