"nexpensive and basic facilities, but friendly and accommodating host. Parking beside the upper level rooms was undercover of the entryway roof and unusual. The room was clean, and well presented, although in need of a facelift. The host was new to the business and was clearly doing his best to make our stay enjoyable. "Faultless in all aspects…Especially comfortable beds with the cleanest linen I have experienced in my many years of travelling! The modern bathroom facilities in our room were lovely,with fantastic water pressure and THE HOTTEST WATER EVER!! (Maybe a warning about that in your compendium’s would benefit parents with small children ;) I highly recommend The Historic Hydro for any length of stay,and I will be sure to tell all my family and friends of it’s existence if they don’t know already...
