"When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time."

The location is fantastic, close to great shopping and dining, yet the room itself was incredibly calming and serene. It felt cozy, homey, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This was one of those stays where you immediately feel at ease. I can’t recommend The Colonial House highly enough and will absolutely be staying here again!"
