"The staff at front desk was awful, one woman was the one there but I don’t remember the name, she didn’t want to help us in the accommodation of 9 people, she charged us $166 per room, even though one person stayed alone. The hotel is beautiful but the rooms were not clean at all. The bar the personal great, the food and drinks were ok."

"In the middle of the town, walking distance to alot of attractions, staff was very welcoming, room was very clean and spacious, would definently return"

"Came into the property earlier and our room was ready to check in! Absolutely lovely stay."

"Pros : - Good location / Beautiful views - Lots of hiking trails (some are free) - Farm environment with lots of animals - Restaurant onsite Cons : - Access is tough - Might need high clearance vehicle. - Basic rooms lacking insulation (we could hear the neighbors snoring all night long) - Buildings have seen better days - Jacuzzi wasn’t clean - Price/Value ratio is high for what you get Overall nice property with amazing views but lack of investment in accommodations. "The staff were very helpful. The hotels.com reservation although confirmed could not be found. They found us rooms and also stored our luggage for 24 hours. Restaurant staff and food were excellent. Rooms were dirty and in disrepair. "

"We only got breakfast on the first day because we asked for it. On the second day nobody was available at all, not even at the reception. We had to go out and pick up more cash to be able to have breakfast somewhere else."

"After an initial room assignment, there were elements of the room that were not working properly… However, quickly, they reassigned me to another room and everything was working great! I had several requests, especially for Ice somewhat frequently and they accommodated all of it without haste."
