"The property is in a great location and you can easily access the park within a short walk. The staff was very helpful and the rooms are clean. The only negative is that there are roosters on the property which are noisy and irritating."

"The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach...
