"Besides the property being in the most beautiful location, the staff at the onset are rude and have zero customer experience - they all should work in the kitchen and not interact with guests. Hotel is old and although our room is supposedly updated, it really isn’t - rug was beyond dirty. The food is mediocre. If you have so many downfalls in the hotel, at least have better customer service."
"There were lots of stairs to get to our place, but the apartment was excellent. The AC worked great. The views were lovely and it was just a great spot for us! If you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The stairwell getting to the apartment was a bit smokey and the residents would stack their garbage in the walkway, but once inside the apartment, it was spacious and did not smell of smoke.
