"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at...

"It is a particular style of decor throughout the Landhaus (everything about knights, and middle ages - all fake etc) that isn't appealing to me. The room was on the ground floor, you couldn't open the curtain or the window because everyone could look into our room and it was somewhat stuffy. I would not have taken this room if I had an option. A very regulated place: rules over rules."

"Own car park with ability to reserve a space, friendly and helpful staff, lovely spacious room (properly set up for 2 people!), good breakfast and we had a super dinner at the Binzer Hof one evening. The shower was one of the best we have come across for water pressure and temperature and the beds very comfortable. No bar in the hotel but minibar in the room and very reasonable prices. 2 minutes walk to the centre of the promenade."

Some of the best food we've had in Germany. Lots of nice walking paths - along the canal, beach area, to local ruins of a monastery. Cons: Water pressure in shower a little too low, but just went downstairs to the sauna/pool and was happy. The scrambled eggs were a little runny for my taste. Value for money accommodation in charming Binz

We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all. But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade. "
