"I love the location! It made the stay so pleasant. We felt like we were living in a movie. It is a few blocks from St. Marks square and we could just go downstairs and have plenty of restaurant's and shops at our disposal. We were in the annex and we did have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room which was not super convenient but I was aware of this before checking in. It is understandable being in an old historical town with little space and having modern conveniences doesn't alway work."

"This was a first stay in Lido. A water taxi ride away from Venice. The room was such a nice pleasant surprise and experience. Staff was friendly and walking the area was a pleasure. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice to stay here. Can’t say enough good things about this property."

"It was a fantastic stay for the 2 day period we spent here in Venice as it came with 2 separate rooms and toilets. On the outside, there is access to a small terrace as well as a swimming pool. It was in a good location however to improve, I would say that the room decorations were slightly old. Apart from that, a very positive stay."

"Great hotel, in the traditional, grandiose style, which couldn’t be more convenient for the water bus stops…. right across the road. Lots of places to eat and drink around, including the restaurant and gelateria in the hotel itself. Plus the best view of Venice you’re likely to get from the rooms. Great place. Hope to stay longer next time…. though I will bring a kettle for the room, next time!"
