"I arrived at the Chantry Hotel just after midday. The proprietor was happy for me to check-in straight away. He was also happy for me to leave my car there for a couple of hours after I’d checked out the following morning. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was first class. My room was on the second floor - the second set of stairs was a little narrow but fortunately I didn’t have much luggage for my overnight stay so it wasn’t a problem for me.
